AZ's voter ID law is being appealed, again!

Back in August, a U.S. District Judge ruled to uphold Arizona's "Voter ID Law", which was passed by voters in the 2004 general election (known then as "Prop. 200").  The groups opposing the law have been futilely battling this in the courts, and keep getting shot down.

Well, they're not giving up get.  The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund has announced that it is taking the matter to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in hopes to get a higher court to overrule both the voters and the lower courts that have previously ruled.

Here's some of the latest news ...

Why is it so difficult for some people to grasp the concept of election / voter integrity, a right that belongs to the legal citizens of any given nation?  It just boggles the mind that groups like the MALDEF even try to turn the will of voters and the courts.
